International Women's Day is famed every time on March 8th to fete the social, profitable, artistic, and political achievements of women and to raise mindfulness about the ongoing struggle for gender equivalency. This day provides an occasion to celebrate the progress that has been made and to punctuate the ongoing work that needs to be done to achieve gender equivalency. The theme for International Women's Day 2023 is" Women in leadership Achieving an equal future in a COVID- 19 world." This theme recognizes the disproportionate impact that the COVID- 19 epidemic has had on women and girls, particularly in terms of their profitable and social well- being. It also emphasizes the need for women's leadership in shaping a more indifferent future. While significant progress has been made in advancing women's rights, there's still a long way to go. Women continue to face demarcation and gender- grounded violence, and their representation in leadership places remains low. According to the World Economic Forum's Global Gender Gap Report 2021, it'll take another135.6 times to close the global gender gap. On International Women's Day, we must recommit ourselves to the thing of gender equivalency and work towards creating a world where women can thrive and reach their full eventuality. This requires a collaborative trouble from governments, civil society associations, the private sector, and individualities to produce programs and practices that promote gender equivalency, support women's leadership, and empower women to completely share in all aspects of society. Let us celebrate the achievements of women around the world and continue to work towards a further indifferent future for all.
